Building and construction experience has taught me both new and renovation construction methods, observing and finding both proper and improper installations and methods. As a licensed insurance agent, I was the principal “front line” underwriter evaluating and inspecting homes for insurance company eligibility. Firefighting provided me with the ability to think objectively and with common sense. We were taught saftey first, be safe, and keep your fellow firefighters safe. Let’s keep your home safe with my inspections as well. These core principals furnish me with the expertise required to provide you with a thorough and objective inspection.
My goal is to provide you with the knowledge necessary to make an informed decision on one of life’s largest investments… it needs to be right. With my inspections, expect realistic and accurate observations, presented in an easy to read and understandable electronic format. I understand the anxiety and stresses associated with purchasing a new property, and am sympathetic to all parties involved in the real estate transaction. As your property inspection representative, I will strive to provide you with the information you need to negotiate a position that is right for you.
Whether you are buying, selling, or simply wish to know the current condition of your property, please call me to schedule an inspection. I am easy to talk to, willing to answer your questions, and ready to represent YOUR interests as a professional property inspector.
